Research on the Connectivity between Higher Vocational Education and Industrial Worker Training in the Development of Construction Industry

The training of construction workers is the objective requirement of the development and reform of construction industry. This paper introduces the current status of construction workers, analyzes the underlying reasons for this status, and structures a mode to connect higher vocational education, which is suitable for the development and reform of construction industry, and industrial worker training according to the requirements of the development and reform of construction industry, combining with the talent training mode of construction vocational colleges. The development and reform, and the upgrading of designing levels and technical ability of construction industry determine that construction workers should have higher qualities and professional competence. Reasonable and effective training can speed up the transformation of enterprises' development patterns so as to meet the needs of industry reform. This study explores the training mode of construction workers docking with higher vocational education mainly based on the development and reform demands of construction industry, and the current status of construction workers in our country.
