摘要
Supersonic flow around a cylinder is investigated using the direct simulation Monte Carlo method over a wide rarefaction range: from the Knudsen number Kn = 0.1 to free-molecular flow. The effect of the cylinder temperature on the region of sharp nonequilibrium near the cylinder and the heat flux is studied.
