摘要：
Zu den Paradigmen der Behandlung einer schweren Aorteninsuffizienz gehoren das Vermeiden zu niedriger diastolischer Blutdruckwerte sowie das Vermeiden von Bradykardien. Die Indikationsstellung einer chirurgischen Behandlung erfolgt leitliniengerecht anhand der Funktion bzw. Gro ss e des linken Ventrikels. Eine aktuelle Beobachtungsstudie stellt diese Vorgehensweisen jetzt aber infrage.
