摘要：
This study examined how transformational leadership influences employee creativity by the psychological characteristic variables. Psychological characteristic variables include creative self-efficiency, feelings of energy and intrinsic Motivation. Using a sample of 245 employees from 6 scientific and technological companies, analyzed by SPSS11.5 and LISREL87 we found that 1) transformational leadership is positively related to employees' creativity 2) creative self-efficiency and intrinsic motivation mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employees' creativity and 3) feelings of energy partially mediated the contribution of transformational leadership to creative self-efficiency, Reveals the psychological process by which transformational leadership is related to employees' creativity.
