摘要
The program system ALASCA is used to measure the perceived utility or attractiveness of an object (consumer goods, job classes, training types, etc.) for an interviewed person or group. It consists of two interlocked subsystems: In the expert module, the surveys are, planned and later on analyzed; the interview module is used for the computer-assisted interrogation. ALASCA offers five different types of analysis, most of them based on conjoint measurement theory They can be performed. individually or in, combination. Conjoint analyses can be used in a broad, field, of decision-making; however, applications in personnel psychology are so far rare.
