摘要
The adaptive stabilization problem for systems with nonstationary plants is discussed. Non-stationary characteristics depends on parametrical and (or) limited additive disturbances. The adaptive system are designed a localization principle. The synthesis of the full and lowered orders adaptors, and also convergence conditions the output processes to a desired trajectory are considered. It is shown that due "fast" adaptive algorithm, it is possible to provide dynamic accuracy.
