摘要
In this paper, we present a new class of antennas referred to as "corrugated X" resonators exhibiting resilience to lateral, angular, and diagonal misalignments. The resonator is implemented on textile via the automated embroidery of Elektrisola-7 onto denim fabric to resonate at 500 MHz. The power transfer efficiency (PTE) is deduced from its scattering parameters. When the system is subject to misalignments ranging from 1 to 10 cm, the resulted PTE was found to be between 40% and 60%. Notably, when the system is subject to lateral misalignments, the PTE was found to be between 70% and 80%. Especially a PTE of 80% was found when it was subject to lateral misalignment in the direction of the feed-line. This system, when integrated with power harvesting, can be implemented into clothing for seamless wireless charging features to illuminate wearable/medical devices in close proximity.
