摘要：
Most of the minor salivary gland tumours are malignant and present in the oral cavity. Parapharyngeal space is a rare site for origin of benign tumour of minor salivary gland. We are presenting a case of pleomorphic adenoma of minor salivary gland in prestyloid parapharyngeal space in a 40-years-old female.
