Real estate demand is affected and restricted by various factors, including the national economic development level, disposable income, current living space per capita, etc. Based on the gray correlation analysis method, the various influence factors of the real estate market demand in Henan province are analyzed, and the importance of various factors on the real estate market demand are arrived.
