A distributed and biological approach to computer viruses detection and immunization

This paper proposes a distributed and biological approach to identify and defeat computer viruses that are unknown to computer systems. This new method will generate anti-viruses on demand by distinguishing between "self" and "non-self" and detecting the various versions or variants of a virus. The paper utilizes a distributed computing approach, based on Mobile Agents or Robots, which is incorporated into the anti-virus framework in order to optimize computational time and rapidly detect and eradicate computer viruses.
