摘要：

Independent R&D and Cooperative R&D are both important ways of cultivating independent innovation capability, and have intrinsic relations in terms of promoting independent innovation capability. Based on studying the functions of the coordinated development of independent R&D and cooperative R&D, the author conducts a further discussion on their intrinsic relations in coordinated development and a research on three possible modes of their coordinated development, i.e. cooperative R&D-oriented mode, independent R&D-oriented mode and cooperative and independent R&D-mixed mode.
