摘要：

Establishment of a scientific teaching quality evaluation system of undergraduate education, as well as the application of effective and feasible method to objectively evaluate the teaching quality, has significant realistic meanings for the promotion of college teachers to improve the their teaching quality, to train high-quality undergraduates, and to raise the academic reputation of the college. Firstly, this article proposed a teaching quality evaluation system for college teachers, and then applied the eigenvector method to estimate the weight of each index. Finally, an empirical analysis was executed to illustrate the operationality of this method.
