摘要
This work presents the speed control of a propulsion control system (PCS) purpose for an electric vehicle using dual-induction motors vector controlled wich drives separately the rear wheels of the vehicle via fixed gearing. The particularity of the proposed PCS is that the conventional mechanical differential is replaced by an electric differential assured by two electric motors operating at different speeds. So the vehicule propulsion system is simplified and its operation and efficiency can be improved, thus leading also to increase the vehicle range. The use of the symmetrical optimum controllers (SO-controllers) shows that the vehicle speed control robustness against the unbalanced induction motor situation is more improved, especially when an over heating affects one of both PCS motors. This results is highlighted by the simulation test when vehicle is conducted to assure a particular trajectory tracking with the specified maneuvers.
