摘要：

At the field of higher vocational education, the multimedia and internet technology is changing the traditional teaching and learning modes, and it is a hotspot to research on web-based teaching and learning. In this paper, the advantages and features of web-based higher vocational teaching and learning are analyzed; the major methods and implementing strategies are elaborated. It demonstrates that higher vocational teachers should pay attention to improve their modern teaching diathesis, and improve educational quality through integrating traditional teaching and learning methods into modern ones.
