The mediating role of organizational support in the relation of the organizational justice with organizational commitment

摘要
This paper investigates employee's organizational commitment, organizational justice, and organizational support behavior of 4000 employees in several enterprises in Mian yang through questionnaires and analyzes their relationship with the methods of factor analysis and correlation analysis. Organizational commitment behavior is measured with affective commitment, continuous commitment. The result shows that organizational support is positive with organizational commitment. The different dimensions of organizational justice are related with those of organizational commitment. And the relationships between the organizational justice and organizational commitment will be partially mediated by organizational support. Finally, the paper indicates some limitations of the research and gives some suggestion of future research.
