摘要
The traditional methods to measure blood viscosity are out-line They have the disadvantages of long measurement time, many disturbance factors during measurement, the damage of blood sample, and etc A new method to measure blood viscosity is proposed in this paper, which uses needle instead of capillary, and can measure blood viscosity during collecting blood, On this basis, we set up a mathematical model of the relationship among viscosity, shear rate and pressure. Then we develop a measurement system, including control and data processing software. Using this system, we carry out some experiments, such as fluids of simulated blood, 30 patients' outline blood samples and 10 rabbits Contrast to the data from traditional methods, the results demonstrate that the new method have the advantages of small amount of blood sample, rapidity and repeatability, so it is of value for clinical application.
