摘要
We generate optical frequency combs spanning 75 THz with a 204-GHz spacing using parametric oscillation in an integrated silicon-nitride microring resonator. The comb spacing is uniform to better than 5.2x10(-11) relative to the optical frequency. (C)2010 Optical Society of America
