摘要
New method of power-angle characteristics calculation using functionality of active and reactive power compensation based on the use of fully controllable semiconductor devices is suggested. The results obtained by the proposed and traditional methods of calculation accepted in literature (N. Hingorani, L. Gyugui) were compared. It is shown that the account of the correct angle between the voltage vectors of sending system and the unified power flow controller (UPFC) makes the results of power-angle characteristics calculation more precise.
