摘要：
The paper presents a computer-aided decision support system for real estate project investment decision-making. Based on principal component analysis (PCA) and back propagation neural network (BPNN), and, with the help of software R and MATLAB, a Computer-aid Decision Support System for Real Estate Project Investment Decision-making (CDSS-REPID) is developed in this study. A case is used to demonstrate the application of this system.
