摘要：
Frame Semantics is a theory which construes lexical meaning and syntactical feature. It lays a solid foundation for foreign language teaching and dictionary making. This paper probes into the definition, illustrative examples, sense arrangement and Special Box for Synonym Discrimination in English Learner's Dictionary from Frame Semantics. It presents a new perspective and offers a theoretical support for the compilation of English Learner's Dictionary.
