摘要：
In this paper, the author analyzes the disclosure of Chinese CSR reports released from 2000 to 2008. The business-related characteristics of Chinese enterprises which public their CSR reports are found; while the content and format of CSR report are studied. At the end of the paper, the author puts forward some recommendations to facilitate CSR report disclosure based on case studies.
