A novel zero-current technique for high power full bridge DC-DC converter

摘要
A novel zero-current switching control technique for IGBT full bridge (FB) PWM converter has been proposed. The key idea of the technique is to delay the turn-off time of one switch in each diagonal pair of IGBT switch in conventional PWM full bridge converter in order to achieve zero current turn-off of this IGBT switch. This new control technique is simple to realize. It has many advantages over conventional PWM full bridge converter and phase shift control full bridge converters. The effect is obvious when the new technique is used in a 10KW FB PWM converter using IGBTs.
