摘要：

The article makes the correlation analysis between the fmancial development and the economic growth in Jilin by constructing the Var model. Then, it comes to a conclusion that the financial development has no significant effect in promoting the economic growth in Jilin, the fmancial development is only a conclusion of the passive reaction of the economic growth in demand for fmancial services. Therefore, we should strengthen the adjustment of industrial structure, enhance the bank credit financing diversification, standardize fund-raising management of the listed company, increase exploiting efficiency of insurance expense, and promote the development of the financial Industry by improving fmancial ecological environment to achieve the rapid economic growth in Jilin.
