摘要：
Based on the industrial cluster theory, this paper discusses the possibility and necessity of the coordinative development mechanism in the Jing-Jin-Ji area. With respect to the current status of the tourism development in Jing-iin-Ji, researches approaches, e.g. document, comparative and field research are used. In line with the cluster model in China, the authors provide several suggestions to promote the tourism development of Jing-Jin-Ji area by means of tourism clusters.
