摘要
Hospital institutions are the main places where nursing professionals work. In these environments, these workers are exposed to various occupational risks, especially the psychosocial ones, which can cause changes in their well-being, causing them damage to their mental health. Anxiety and stress are among the most common mental disorders in the nursing work environment. These disorders can be diagnosed according to the symptoms that the individual presents. Furthermore, the use of biomarkers can help in the diagnosis of these diseases, favoring a faster and more adequate prognosis for the worker. Thus, it is believed that the worker can prove his mental illness in medical forensics, with the help of biomarkers, being able to avoid/minimize other uncomfortable events at work.
