Microsurgery offers a great field of possibilities to think about the reconstruction in Head and Neck, the resection limits are easier, the aesthetic of the cover is better, and the rehabilitation of the patient, the efficiency of the coadyuvants treatments, and open the doors to think in "functional surgery" (renervations).
