Synthesis, Characterization, and Crystal Structure of cis-[Pt(Me)2{PPh2(OMe)}2] and the Conversion into cis-[Pt(OH2)2 {PPh2(OMe)}2][OTf]2

摘要
The reaction of Pt(Me)(2)(cod) (cod = eta(2):eta(2)-1,5-cyclooctadiene) with 2 equivalents of PPh2(OMe) afforded a bis(phosphinite)platinum complex cis-[Pt(Me)(2){PPh2(OMe}(2)] (1). The reaction of 1 with trifluoromethanesulfonic acid HOTf (OTf-= CF3O2SO-) and then H2O produced a di(aqua)platinum complex cis-[Pt(OH2)(2){PPh2 (OMe}(2)][OTf](2) (2). New complexes 1 and 2 were fully characterized using NMR measurements and elemental analyses. Furthermore, structures of 1 and 2 were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.
