Influence of Sb2O3 on ZnO ceramic varistors nonlinearity and correlation with its microstructure

摘要
The paper contents a study of nonohmic U - I characteristics of varistors samples having varying amount of Sb2O3 in starting composition and correlation with its microstructure. The samples were mesured in continous current and in puls current, and examined by X-ray difraction, optical microscopy, and stereological methods. The results of samples U - I characteristics mesurements and analysis, like phase composition, distribution of phases, composition of phases, average ZnO grain size and grain size distribution, in function of initial amount of Sb2O3, are presented.
