摘要
Semitransparent organic solar cells (STOSCs) own great potential in the building-integrated photovoltaics. The top transparent metal electrode is a crucial component to STOSCs due to its functions of transmitting photons and collecting charge carriers. However, the transparent metal electrodes suffer from the contradiction between conductivity and transmittance. To solve this problem, 20 nm Ag is used herein as the transparent electrode to ensure enough conductivity and considerable power conversion efficiency (PCE). Furthermore, MoO3 acts as the optical management layer to simultaneously improve the average visible transmittance (AVT) and color coordinates. A remarkable PCE of 11.58% at an excellent AVT of 25.45% and neutral color coordinates of (0.2953, 0.2822) is achieved by the efficient ternary photoactive layer of D18-Cl:Y6:PC71BM, which is an extremely representative result for the STOSCs to date.
