A Research in the Innovation of Securities Investment Fund in China

In this paper, I had made some research about the Innovation of securities investment funds in china, the main points are : First, changes in China's stock market development need "IPO Investment Fund": IPO market has been changing tremendously since the second half year of 2009,many stock opened a small increase or even below the issue price listed on the market first day,the investment approach of "new shares of subscription are listed then sold immediately" was more difficult to obtain return,need of higher analysis level, so it is the right time to create "IPO Investment Fund"; Second, to create "the fund in the fund" in right amount: It is extremely necessary that investment portfolio to securities investment, It is necessary also that portfolios to the Funds investment; "The fund in the fund" actually is a kind of fund portfolio; Third, creating futures investment fund in time : The introduction of future fund in China is conductive to fostering institutional investors, reducing the risk of personal investment; The development of the futures investment fund in China have good market foundation, management personnel development experience that provide by International and domestic investments funds; Futures companies and fund company jointly can to create the public offering investment in futures fund; Close-ended futures Fund and the open-ended futures fund can make experiments at the same time.
