摘要
In this work, according to the nonlinear re-radiation characteristic of semiconductor PN junction, the nonlinear junction detection system for semiconductor junction targets based on second harmonic reception is designed on the basis of the analysis for nonlinear re-radiation characteristics of semiconductor junction targets, derivation of the system implementation scheme. By the system simulation and experiment, the preliminary test results show that the system can detect well the junction of nonlinear component with gain high enough for signal detection.
