Influence of water resources development and utilization on eco-environment of the downstream of Yellow River

摘要
Firstly, total water resources natural water resources and underground water resources in the Yellow River basin were analyzed. Secondly,based on systematic analysis of water resources development and utilization as well as Yellow River flow-cutting-off, influence of the Yellow River flow-cutting-off on the downstream and the river mouth regional environment was studied. This includes the influence of farmland saline-alkaline outside two banks of the river on agricultural productions influence of soil desertification within the beach area of the river on eco-environment? influence of the Yellow River flow-cutting-off on eco-environment in the area of river delta, destruction of wetland eco-environment in the area of river mouth, analysis of the relation between Yellow River sediment transportation, erosion and shrinkage of the Yellow River delta, as well as influence of the Yellow River flow-cutting-off on Bohai Sea and Laizhou bay and environment of the shallow sea etc. Finally the measures of water resources reasonable development, utilization and eco-environment protection of the Yellow River have been put forward.
