摘要：

Holding down business costs should always be an important management concern, but in today's business and political climate how well it controls overhead costs can make or break a company. This article presents Gandhi Engineering's experience from its ongoing operational review. Per its analyzed financial statements, three items accounted for 70-75% of the total overhead: indirect labor, taxes, and insurance.
