摘要：
One of the contemporary society's issues is the serious physical decline in young people, youth sports poverty is the root causes of physical decline. Based on the perspective of people's livelihood and in the two aspects of the deprivation and self- deprivation, there are many researches into the causes of the youth sports poverty and many measures about solving the youth sports poverty in order to provide further information for the rich theoretical research.
