摘要：

this article took our country's textile apparel export as the research object, through the mathematical analysis of three index, obtained the conclusion that China's textile and clothing has strong international competitiveness, also analyzes the three problems that influence our country to maintain and enhance the international competitiveness, explained the proposition that our country's textile clothing should speed up the transformation and upgrading, and put forward the development proposal of "four speed".
