摘要：
The government action plan "Energy Policy of Poland until 2030" foresees elaboration of the roadmap to de-regulated gas market by the President of Energy Regulatory Office. It is aimed at laying out actions proposed in order to eliminate market barriers and provide real development of competition. This paper indicates areas in which achievements of the European initiatives could be utilized to elaborate main points of the roadmap. As a result of the European market assessment new measures were proposed along with review of those ones hindering goals assigned to the roadmap.
