摘要
Transmission, storage, processing and access to information and knowledge thought intelligent systems are very important for urban development in knowledge-based economy. It is essential for future development to have a strategy for a smart city. This strategy will help determine where and when to invest, will articulate key milestones and returns on investment and can help to define an integration and optimization calendar across all systems. This paper analysis the intelligent solutions which can be use for smart cities and highlights the significant parts of future urban development. Today's cities, home to more than half the world's population, can be seen as complex networks of components: citizens, businesses, transport, communications, water, energy, city services and other systems [4]. We can say that in our age cities are complex systems systems of systems [2]. The smart city can integrate and optimize all the systems to achieve a new level of productivity, quality and efficiencyTransmission, storage, processing and access to information and knowledge thought intelligent systems are very important for urban development in knowledge-based economy.
