摘要：

After studying traditional coal supplying and marketing enterprise, a new supply chain management which is appropriate to current enterprise has been modeling: integrating supply chain, optimizing process design, introducing advanced technology and reshaping the enterprise culture. On the one hand, economic efficiency can be increased substantially; on the other hand, it also serves as a reference way for the reform of coal supplying and marketing system.
