摘要
In this paper, under the condition of huai'an postal-delivery logistics facilities layout and the basic principle of SLP method, draw a SLP method research steps, and according to the principle and research further steps to huai'an postal-delivery logistics existing operation process and facility layout of survey and mapping, finally it is concluded that the reasonable solution.
