摘要：

The level of construction project costs directly related to the economic benefits of construction enterprises. The mischoice of methods will result in serious negative impact on construction enterprises. In this paper, for the issues of the cost management of construction project, propose a method of construction project cost management which is based on the value chain and considered the value of building products.
