摘要
The equipment maintenance support unit (EMSU) serves as an integral part of the equipment maintenance support mission in army. It is an efficient way to promote EMSU's performance by a sound knowledge management of EMSU and a rational knowledge management system (KMS) of EMSU. By analyzing of knowledge process of EMSU, the overall structure of knowledge management system of EMSU is presented, which laid a technology foundation of implementing EMSU's knowledge management.
