A high-impedance surface with a stable low-frequency resonance

摘要
A new type of a high-impedance surface is considered and analytically described. For such a surface, simulation is performed with the use of the Ansoft HFSS software package. It is shown that this surface can operate as a magnetic wall at very low frequencies that are lower than the operating frequencies of known analogues. The resonance range of the considered structure is the same as or larger than the resonance range of known analogues. Another advantage of the proposed structure-the resonance stability observed during variations in the incidence angle and in the polarization of a wave-is studied.
