摘要：
Physical education as the basis for university education, the main purpose is to enhance the student body and to improve their fitness and quality of life; to improve athletic performance, and to train high-level athletes and a large number of backbones; to cultivate sports ideas and habits for Lifelong Physical future. In the process of actual physical education teaching ideas, there are still discrepancies; this paper's own teaching experience puts forward some points of changing the concept of physical education.
