Evaluation and Enhancement of DeLone and McLean's Model for Successful Information System

In the present age of technology intensive work environments, valuating the success of information systems is vital for all organizations. Assessing success is not easy and needs various tests to measure the success of information systems. This paper presents a proposed model developed to measure the success of information systems and proposes a new model that which fundamentally extends the DeLone and McLean model. The proposed model refers to the inclusion of available resources for information systems because they affect the quality of information and the quality of services. The satisfaction of the recipient is achieved by the system's ability to optimize the use of resources. The proposed model is intended to be tested and improved upon in the future while working to improve it.
