摘要
In view of the shortcomings of existing methods for evaluating the effectiveness of port economic development, this paper proposes a method for evaluating the effectiveness of port economic development based on data envelopment analysis. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is introduced to select decision unit based on CCR model. Following the selection principle of evaluation indexes, the input and output indexes are selected as dock number, container throughput and GDP, total industrial output value, total import and export value, and an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of port economic development is established. The effectiveness evaluation model of port economic development is built by CCR model of DEA method to realize the effectiveness evaluation of port economic development based on data envelopment analysis method. The experimental results show that the calculation granularity of the effectiveness evaluation method for port economic development is much smaller than that of the comparison method, which fully demonstrates that the effectiveness evaluation method for port economic development proposed has better evaluation effect.
