摘要
This paper presents an overview of the mid-term operation planning model for energy market management system on the horizon of the week. The presented model considers the main issues connected to the unit commitment and economic dispatch. The article is aimed to present a clear and useful conception that provides a formulation of start and shut down trajectories, losses approximation in the DC model as well as the new way of reserve formulation. The model presented in this paper may become a functional element of the energy market management system. The system will be complemented by short term model and possibly additional models with consideration of stochasticity.
