摘要
Several oscillation criteria are established for the second-order damped nonlinear difference equation Delta[a(n-1)(Delta y(n-1))(sigma)] + p(n-1)(Delta y(n-1))(sigma) + q(n)f(y(n)) = 0, n greater than or equal to n(0) > 0, where sigma > 0 is any quotient of odd integers, {p(n)} and {q(n)} are real sequences, and f is an element of C(R, R) such that xf(x) > 0 for x not equal 0. Several examples which dwell upon the importance of our results are also included. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
