摘要：
Start with studying the relevant theory of disclosure of information of listed company, this paper has put forward the imagination of developing information disclosing DSS on the basis of the theory of disclosure of information, and also put forward "the prototype method of spiral evolvement" which is suited to build the information disclosing DSS, and established the system structure at the same time, one that offered the model for using in reality.
