Study on Co-existence of LTE and HSDPA

摘要
In this paper, the intra system and inter system interference model is studied when LTE and HSDPA co-exist. A static system level simulator is used to investigate the inter system interference and capacity loss in case of co-existence of macro LTE downlink and macro HSDPA. The inter system interference ratio and capacity loss under different adjacent channel interference ratios (ACIRs) and different sites offsets are obtained. It is shown that the co-site deployment can bring in a better system performance and the two systems will suffer neglectable capacity loss when the ACIR is above 40dB.
