摘要
The hot corrosion behavior of Co-10Cr and Co-10Cr-5Al alloys with different coating weight (2-2.5 mg/cm(2) and 4-4.5 mg/cm(2)) of 25%K2SO4 + 75%Na2SO4 was studied at 900 degrees C for 24 h in air. Results show that for both of the alloys, the mass gain of the alloy coated with 2-2.5 mg/cm(2) of 25%K2SO4 + 75%Na2SO4 is greater than that of the alloy coated with 4-4.5 mg/cm(2) of 25%K2SO4 + 75%Na2SO4. And correspondingly, the corrosion products layer of two alloys with the coating weight of 2-2.5 mg/cm(2) is thicker than that with coating weight of 4-4.5 mg/cm(2). The abnormal phenomenon is also briefly discussed.
